Our Mission
ESL (EFL) Resources
Our mission is to make top quality EFL (ESL) resources that are not only effective and engaging, but also look modern and professional, and are of a high print quality. We also make digital ESL resources such as digital online worksheets and Powerpoint games.
Types of ESL Resources
Our primary focus is on producing top quality resources that focus on effective speaking practice. These include mingle activities like surveys, ‘Find Someone Who…’ activities, as well as ‘Classmate Bingo!’, board games, card activities and more. We’ll be adding more variety later once we’ve met our initial goal, with worksheets, lesson plans, pair activities, powerpoint games and quizzes and even more!
Background
We’ve been making our own ESL/EFL resources for quite a few years now, having spent many years before that editing and photoshopping our favorite resources to make improvements and to try to keep them relevant. However, after a while it became clear that many of our favourite resources were just too outdated and in some cases flawed and that it would be quicker to create our own. So after purchasing some design software and learning how to use it, we invested in a ton of clipart and stock images and got to work.
The Future of ESL Resources
In 2021 we took the big (scary) step of starting this website and opening a TPT store. It’s was all quite new, but we’ve been steadily growing and we have over 150 resources to date. As well as making resources, we also publish the occasional blog on matters related to teaching ESL and ideas for lessons.
